Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement sets out the commercial terms for VulaLet plans, billing cycles, feature access, add-ons, credits, renewals and cancellation. It is read with the MSA, Terms, DPA, SLA and any Order Form.

VulaLet offers Free, Starter, Pro and Portfolio plans, with property/unit/user limits and included features described on the pricing page or in the customer’s Order Form. Feature names and packaging may evolve as the product develops.

Fees are billed in South African Rand. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. Annual billing, where selected, may include a discount. Usage-based items, VulaCredits, document bundles, screening, messaging and integrations may be billed separately.

VulaCredits and add-on purchases are consumed when the relevant service is delivered. Failed validations, failed generation attempts or system errors should not consume credits. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable except for confirmed billing errors or where required by law.

Customers may upgrade plans during a billing period. Downgrades generally take effect at the next billing cycle and may remove access to features or limits available only on higher plans. Data remains subject to export and retention terms.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with effect from the end of the current billing period unless an Order Form says otherwise. Customers remain liable for fees incurred before cancellation. Statutory consumer rights under South African law are not limited.

VulaLet may suspend or restrict access for non-payment, security risk, misuse, unlawful activity, or material breach after reasonable notice where practical. Suspension does not release accrued payment obligations.

Customers should export their data before cancellation. VulaLet will make Customer Data available for a reasonable export period after termination, subject to legal retention duties and backup deletion cycles.

VulaLet may change pricing or plan packaging with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated commercial terms unless the customer cancels before the change takes effect.
